In support of Uganda’s National Outsourcing Initiative, AITEC Africa is holding the Outsourcing & Contact Centre Uganda conference & exhibition in Kampala over 14-15 July 2009. The conference will focus on the following aspects of outsourcing and contact centre development:
• Inshoring: Outsourcing services for key sectors in Uganda.
• Outsourcing services for the public sector
• Strategies and technologies to build effective contact centres
• Capacity building and training for the outsourcing and contact centre industry.
• Building and marketing an outsourcing industry for the international market.
