Bangladesh Telecentre Network has commenced the first group of Staff Exchange Programme successfully. BTN arranged a workshop at Bachte Shekha, Jessore with host and guest telecentres on October 07, 2009. At this very first group six telecentres of which three from Jessore, one from Manikgonj, one from Bagerhat and one from Tangail participated as host; and eighteen telecentres participated as guest. They are from Kurigram, Dinajpur, Gaibandha, Narsingdi, Mymensingh, Gazipur, Noakhali, Hobigonj, Jhenidah, Magura, Jessore, Bagerhat, Khulna.

this kind of work was very use full .I'm really appreciate .also this kind of knowledge sharing movements definatelly use full for telecentre operators and there telecentre development experience .in sri lanka we are doing many works to sustain telecentres .and to build the capacity of operators. very inportent is knowledge sharing with other telecentres.

Exchange programs affords the opportunity to develop individual skills and knowledge and provides telecentre operators with valuable global experience, which supports the work unit when they return to their stations.
