Hope you are fine. I wanted to inform you that there is a new group called 'Telecentres for Tourism' on the telecentre.org site. I remeber discussing with you (very briefly) the pros and cons of using telecentres to support and improve local tourism. Please join this group and share your opinions in this regard.
Glad to make your acquaintance. I am familiar with SEWAA. It was listed as "one of the most successful grass root projects" by the UNDP - others included Akshaya, FRIENDS and more. I myself am an MBA with limited ICT background and I am very keen on establishing a telecentre like business in Sikkim.
