Shilpa Sayura piloted with 20 Telecenters in 2006, Now up-scaled and replicated in 150 Telecenters.
The output of M&E serves as one among the good inputs to the process of decision-making leading not only to sustainability but also to effectiveness and up-scaling, i.e., expansion in depth and/or breadth.
I think there are other useful tools aside from M&E that we can use to capture knowledge (experiences, learning, etc). And some of these probably are Profiling, Knowledge Exchange, and Research, or a combination of such tools. I am not fully aware...
I would just like to share the following diagram that links knowledge to community development. The outputs of M&E and the M&E process itself is knowledge that is useful to the telecentre ecosystem.
