Evaluation plays vital role for smooth implementation of telecentre and helps to ensure sustainability. Evaluation keeps telecentre’s activities on track and guide to achieve objectives. It helps to learn from mistakes and take right step for next.

Change does not just happen, we collectively make it happen

I wrote my first ever blog at telecentre.org and won the blog contest. This achievement gave me confidence that we are doing tremendous job here. I always feel privileged to be a member of telecentre.org because I am getting opportunities to share and learn from others. I was thinking to invite my fellow colleagues who are working at grass root level to share their experience like me with this global community.

Our little effort can make them smile!

Computer Teaches Everyday English (CTEE): ICT based education content for quality education

Knowledge on computer application and excellent communication skills in English is essential for self development. In this backdrop, the children and youths in rural area of Bangladesh are in most disadvantaged stage rather than the urban one. Due to inadequate educational resources and opportunities in the rural area, they often migrate to the urban. Presence of native culture in the learning materials is also essential. Beside this education materials should be developed making sure that the m… Continue
