- Founded Institution in 1990, We begining our experiens of work with programs of Food Segurity, in 1994, we extend our work in Rural Municipality near with the Participation Popular Low. In 1995 We have two estrategic programs Productive Development (Agroecological Production of Food ) and Social Development (Health and basic sanitary).
In 2004 the New estrategic Proyect showing with Institution of economic development with focus of chain productive and management development and Services of humans development with educations proyect and humans right. Working with axlecs intersec of gender, to take stake of risk an ICT.
