Research contributor in Gems of the Earth Rural telecentre network. My investigation in the Master degree (Information Science) was about a compared study from two digital inclusion programs in Brazil: one installed by municipal government in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais and other by non-governmental organization Gems of the Earth. At this time, I'm a coordinator in graduate school (Internet systems and Database), looking for a possible PhD this year.
