I have graduated in Agriculture from the Bangladesh Agricultural University and got Master's in Tropical and International Agriculture from Germany. My Civil Service carrier started with the Ministry of Agriculture. Getting my experience history populated with existing socio-economic condition of Rural Farmers, Crop yield hindrance, Technology transfer strategies, prospects, problems in aiming at food security and ultimate goal in Agricultural development, I have got involved in harvesting benefits of ICT in Agriculture since 1995.
