The organization was founded by 14 people with the vision of 'an empowered healthy community, highly educated and able to utilize the environment sustainably' and a mission 'to design and implement innovative timely development programs................. or yes seek for more

- Poverty eradication through economic empowerment and increased income earnings focusing at basically both business and agriculture since the community is over 97% agricultural.
