The vision of telecentre-europe is to become a viable network of telecentres and practitioners in Europe who are collaborating and sharing knowledge with counterparts within and outside of the continent. Nielsen Online, an Internet marketing research company publish at 9th March 2009 a report which shows that "social networking" sites are the four the most popular Internet activity, more popular than a personal e-mail.

Mobile phone literacy for youth/parents
