Getting open source stuff to the Telecentre will definitely be a good thing. It is a saving to the Telecentre as well as it helps to popularize open source software among the community.
Few small suggestions, with my limited understand...
You should put some thing at least about what you are going to do and what you've done before. Why and how people give comments and suggestion at the blank? You are circulating only.

Nice to here that. But at least you should do some work on that before doing any publicity. Also should put some at the web portal before mentioning it at any forum or blog. Anyway hope to see some thing fruitful and effective for the telecentres ...
