- Sherif El Tokali is an ICT4D specialist at the United Nations Development Program, Egypt and is responsible for the Egypt ICT trust fund and other ICT for Development projects. He joined the UNDP in Egypt in 1991. He received an MBA degree in Information Systems, Maastricht School of Management, the Netherlands, in 1996, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Cairo University, Egypt, in 1986. Sherif started his professional career in the private sector.
