Guidance Materials on Women's ICT Enterprises

Prof. Richard Heeks posted this in different lists. Thought it would be interesting for our readers too. Centre for Development Informatics from the University of Manchester, UK has compiled online handbooks and audio-visual materials on women's ICT-based enterprises.

seems a spamming atempt to me; pl evaluate.

I suspect that this id has not taken part in any other discussion, carefully writes a search engine paragraphs making two links to lead to a commercial advertiesment.

Nings are becoming popular now someone could be exploiting.
pl evaluate.

Thank you so much Partha Da for your encouraging comment. Definitely that encourage me to be more active at telecentre global community.

As Bangla is an widely spoken language, I think telecentre.org should have a Bangla Language version. Is there any plan to have a Bangla Community Site?

Best wishes to you too...

Hi, Partha,
I have just sent a message to Nabil concerning his pictures and group. Surely he wanted to create a thematic discussion group and hopefully he will do that very soon. So I deleted the group on himself.
I think even if he wants to strengthen the communication with people in Mena region it will be good to name it as a thematic group not on himself which seems more private. Other members could be interested if it is thematic. What do you think ?

Hi Partha!

Been wondering - shouldn't networks be created here as groups instead of creating a separate profile for them? For instance, we can create a group called PhilCeCNet, and members of our network who have already signed up here can just join the PhilCeCNet group.

This just crossed my mind while I was trying to figure out how we can possibly link telecentre.org with the PhilCeC Portal and encourage our members to sign up here without making it such a burden on their part to have to maintain and update at least two different accounts. Still mulling over it up to this time.
