Seuwandi Yapa Manual for Community Radio Managers

"Community Radio stations" seems to be emerging as a sub culture in our telecentre network. Lot of countries have encouraged and promoted 'Community Radio Stations'. In searching the web, I found a manual developed for the community radio managers, published by UNESCO office in New Delhi. I thought sharing this piece of information would be useful to all of you, specially those who are interested in launching a community radio station.
