Here is a project I am working on, and it came up with an interesting take on creating a knowledge economy. What is the value Proposition in a Knowledge Economy? You could call it a "Teacher/Learner Economy." First of all I have to say that I am very humbled and amazed at the sophistication and advanced thinking and networking occurring here. I do not work at a Telecenter.
