Telecentre.org would like to present the following blogs as the top entries of the recently concluded fist edition of the Telecentre.org blog contest. We would like to thank all members of the English site of telecentre.org who entered their blogs for the contest. We would also like to thank our panel of judges that were drawn from all parts of the world for agreeing to participate in the evaluation of the submitted blogs.

Telecentre.org will be communicating soon on the commencement of the second edition of the Blog contest for the Telecentre.org English website. The blog is about an implementation of Shilpa Sayura in 150th Nenasala in Sri Lanka. Nenasala is a project of the Sri Lankan government under the e-Sri Lanka Initiative where communication centers are being built by the government in rural areas to help fight poverty, develop culture and commerce, and sustain peace.

ශිල්ප සයුර නිසාම අකර්මන්‍යව තිබූ නැණසළ බොහෝමයක් දියුණුවූවා. සියඹළාණ්ඩුව, තලාකුඹුර, මීගහකිවුල, මහියංගනය, නාගල, තණමල්විල, තළාතුඔය, දියසෙන්පුර උදාහරණ කීපයක්. තිස්සමහාරාමයේ සිට වවූනියාවට මායිම්වූ අභයපුරටත්, පුතුකුඩියරුප්පුට කිට්ටුව පදවිය පරාක්‍රමපුර නැණසළටත් ශිල්ප සයුර සහය දැන් ලැබී තියෙනවා. දැන් 150 ක් නැණසළ ශිල්ප සයුර හඳුන්වා දෙන ඉසවි අධ්‍යයන සේවා (E learning Services) මගට පිවිසී තිබෙනවා. ඒ අතර බිම් මට්ටමේ ඉතා දක්‍ෂ නැණසළ නායකයින්ද බිහිකර තිබෙනවා. මේ අනුව අනාගතයේ ඉදිවන ලෝක දැනුම් ආර්ථිකයේ ඉදිරියෙන් සිටින රටක් ලෙස ග්‍රාමීය ප්‍රජාව සූදානම් කිරීමට නැණසල + ශිල්ප සයුර සංයුතිය මහත්සේ කැපවී තිබෙනවා.
එය හොඳ එකතුවක් බවට අප පෙන්වා දී තිබෙනවා. දිවයිනේ නැණසළ 587 ටම ශිල්ප සයුර අවශ්‍යයි.

මේ තරඟයට මා ලියූ සිත් සටහනේ ආත්ම ප්‍රකාශණයකින් ඔබ්බට ගොසින් සමාජ ප්‍රකාශණයක් ලෙස ඉදිරිපත් කිරීම ජයග්‍රහණයට හේතු වී ඇතැයි මා සිතනවා. අලුත් රටක අලුත් මිනිසුන්ගේ හැඟීම් හා අවශ්‍යතා ඉන් පිළිපිඹු කිරීමටයි මා උත්සාහ කලේ. එය සාර්ථක වූවා.

මට තිබෙන පුංචි ආඩම්බරය එය ඉංග්‍රීසියෙන් ලියා දිනීමයි.
ඒ කතාවේ පසුබිම සහය දෙන ඔබ සැමයි.

බොහෝ දෙනකුගෙන් ලද සුබ පැතුම් මා අගය කරනවා. අප කරන කාරියේ දුශ්කර බව සතුටක් වන්නේ, එවැනි දිරිගැන්වීම් සහ ලබන සහය තුලින්. තවත් ජයග්‍රහණ රැසකට දායකවන්න, අප සමග එකතුවන්න.
